How does one go about getting on the waiting list- Do I just fill out the forms and send them in? Including a cheque?

Good question!

Yes, please go ahead and send in your registration form - anything that comes in at this point will be added to the waiting list. Don't worry about including payment right now - if a space opens up for you, I'll get in touch and you can either send in the fees at that point, or we can settle up when you arrive to register at the Fest itself.

The list is still pretty short. There are a few tables being held for people who contacted me earlier in the year, but who still haven't sent in their forms, and I've informed them that if they haven't gotten them to me before the Sept. 15 deadline passes this friday that their space will be opened up to the waiting list.

And so you know, I'm only willing to hold tables for people who exhibited in previous years. It's about the only benefit of having exhibited at the Fest before.
