I sent in my registration fairly early, but haven't heard anything yet as to whether or not I've made it in or have been put on the waiting list.
I understand that the SCF team is working to secure as many tables as possible before confirming more people, but the wording on the blog is a little confusing. Have registrants been notified one by one as their packets are received, or will a huge batch be notified once extra table space is confirmed? Also, how can we expect to be notified that our registration was received (ie e-mail, postal mail, etc)? I'm beginning to fear that my registration packet was lost in the mail. Sad

I sent in my registration the day after early bird exhibitor emails were sent out. I saw that my check has been cashed, but I haven't heard anything and I am not on the exhibitor list. I'm a returning exhibitor from last year, and freaking out now. Can anyone tell me what's going on? Crying or Very sad

You guys might want to go through the more official contact channel, as forums are unreliable and it's easy to get over-looked.

On the bar along the top of the page is a handy little "contact" button. Submitting through that has a much higher chance of getting a response.

Yeah. I did. In the first week of March. I haven't received a response. I saw that forum inquiries were being responded to on a marginally consistent basis, so I thought I'd give it a shot. In the end though this is is turning out to be as effective as emailing was.

I'm pretty dissappointed with the lack of communication this year. I attended last year and had a blast, and the group I attended with then didn't have this much trouble.

Even a "nope, we didn't get your packet" or "we are processing the registrations now" or even "we are looking into it" would be fine by me. This takes a lot of preparation, and all I'm really asking for at this point is to know whether I can expect to attend as an exhibitor or not.
