The 2013 Stumptown Comics Fest is just over a week away, but the wonderful guest profiles march on. This week, we turn our attention to Portland creator, Dylan Meconis.
Dylan Meconis published her first work, Bite Me! while attending Wesleyan University, where she graduated in 2005 focus on history, literature, and philosophy. A member of Periscope Studio in Portland, OR., Meconis has also published the popular title Family Man and the short Outfoxed, which earned her an Eisner nomination in 2012 for Best Digital Comic. In addition to her sequential art work, Dylan has provided commercial consultation for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, SyFy, and other respected groups.
