Rose City Comic Con Extends Deadline for Stumptown Comic Arts Awards Submissions

In response to requests from publishers and creators, the deadline for submissions for the annual Stumptown Comic Arts Awards has been extended! Entries now need to be postmarked no later than August 12, 2014 to be considered, and should be mailed or delivered to this address:

Publishers and creators interested in submitting work published between April 2013 and April 2014 should include one physical copy of each title to be considered, accompanied by an official entry form which can be downloaded from the link below:

Please include one form with each work being submitted.

• Best Cartoonist
• Best Letterer
• Best Colorist
• Best Publication Design
• Best Small Press
• Best Anthology
• Best New Comic
• Best Webcomic
• Reader's Choice

This year's awards will be held during Things From Another World's Official Rose City Comic Con Kickoff party on September 19, at TFAW's Northeast Broadway store. Portland's favorite pop culture podcaster and producer Bobby Roberts is returning to his longtime role of hosting the awards, and publishers, creators, and convention attendees won't want to miss the fun and fast-paced ceremony during the weekend's biggest party event.
